Welcome to Jungle Getaway Wayanad. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
A confirmed reservation requires full or partial advance payment as per our policy.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or accepted online platforms.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: Between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Identification
Guests must present valid photo identification and a matching payment card at the time of check-in.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on room type and season.
Please refer to the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Children & Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children above 18 are charged as adults.
No cribs or extra beds are available at the property.
6. House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or loud events are strictly prohibited.
Guests must maintain peace and respect other guests and the environment.
7. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest accordingly.
8. Property Access
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Visitors must be approved by management.
9. Safety & Security
While we prioritize guest safety, the property is situated near forest areas. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and avoid venturing into the forest alone, especially after dark.
10. Disputes
Any disputes arising out of bookings or stays will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
